We've just released a new feature for WP Umbrella that lets you bulk activate and deactivate plugins! This is a great way to manage updates and keep your WordPress site running smoothly. 

Now you can bulk activate and deactivate plugins from your WP Umbrella dashboard! We know that managing plugins can be a pain, and we wanted to make it as easy as possible for you to get the most out of your website. 

With this new feature, you can now activate or deactivate multiple plugins at once, which should save you a ton of time. 

To bulk activate or deactivate plugins, just click on " Bulk Actions " in the header.

We’re excited to announce a new feature for WP Umbrella - custom sending domains! Now you can have full control over your email domain, and create a full white label experience for your users.

Custom sending domain lets you white label the sending domain of the maintenance reports so they look like they’re coming from your own domain. This is a great way to build trust with your customers and show them that you’re a professional.

This feature is perfect for anyone who wants to maintain their brand identity, or who wants to provide a more professional experience for their users. Plus, with our new maintenance report, you can easily keep track of your email sending progress and ensure that everything is running smoothly.

The WP Umbrella team is excited to announce a new features: Google Analytics Integration.

The Google Analytics Integration allows you to add Google Analytics data directly to the maintenance reports that you automatically send to your clients. 

Your clients can now see their audience and where the traffic is coming from.

You can connect your Google Analytics account in WP Umbrella's account settings >> Integrations.

After 3 weeks of hard work, we're SO excited to announce a new feature for WP Umbrella - the Automated Maintenance Report! 

With this new feature, you can now schedule and customize maintenance reports to be sent to your clients automatically. 

You can also track if your clients open the reports you send them.

Detailed reports are one of the best ways to show clients the value of a monthly WordPress maintenance plan.

Here is a report sample. The data are automatically added to the report based on your utilization of WP Umbrella.

Getting Started with WP Umbrella's maintenance report

Step 1: Click on your project name and click on Report in the top menu.

Step 2: Define the general settings of the report

Report title: the title will be displayed on the front page of the report.

Language: at the moment, the report is available in English, French, and German. Shoot us a message at: support@wp-umbrella.com if you want to add your language! 

Email Settings: define to who you are going to send the report (it can be yourself) and the content of the email.

Step 3: Add your branding

Click on " Manage your branding for all reports " and add your color and logo. The email from option will be available in 2 weeks.

Your branding will automatically apply to all your maintenance reports, you don't need to define them every time.

Do not forget to click on Save! 

Step 4: Choose what sections to include in the report and in which order to display them.

Tick the sections you wish to add to the maintenance report and define in which order to display them with our drag and drop system. 

You can also add custom works if you want.

Step 5: Schedule when the first report will be sent and the sending frequency

You need to first define the sending frequency of the report: monthly or quarterly.

If you choose Off, the scheduler will be deactivated but you will have the possibility to send manual reports (and to activate it at any time).

To do so, click on Save & Finish. 

Click on Save and Schedule if you want to activate the automation.

Step 6: Check if your client has opened the report

We're thrilled to announce a new feature for WP Umbrella: Bulk Update WordPress Core. 

We know that keeping your WordPress installation up to date is important, but it can be a pain to have to update it manually every time a new version is released. 

To use the Bulk Update feature, simply head to the Bulk Action tab in your WP Umbrella dashboard, select the websites you want to update and click on bulk update. 

That's it! We'll take care of the rest.

We’re excited to announce a new feature that will save you a ton of time: automatic cache clearing after updates.

This new feature will help keep your cache clear and up-to-date after plugin updates. No more manual cache clearing - our product will take care of it for you!

At the moment, this feature is only available to people using WP Rocket or one of these hostings:

- Kinsta
- Flywheel
- WP Server

White label WP Umbrella 

Since you are installing WP Umbrella on your clients' sites, we thought you might want to display your branding rather than our umbrella!

This is now possible!

We have fully tweaked the plugin that has become a connector and only a connector. 

You can hide it in just one click directly from your account.

But you can also replace everything to make it reflect your own branding.

This setting will apply on all your websites.

Do not forget to update the plugin to enjoy this feature!

TLDR : It's now possible to update all your plugins, on all your websites, in just one click.

You can now update all your plugins on all your websites (in just one click) and this should save you a ton of time! 🕒

The " Update tab " will display all the updates available on your WordPress sites.

The available update are group by plugin. You can click on the plugin to see the number of website(s) concerned by the update. 

Once you have selected the plugin/website you can click on " Update " to trigger the update. 

Quitting the page will not interrupt the update. You will get a notification when the update is completed. Just here:

 TLDR : If we were not able to communicate with your WordPress sites, we found the fix. We now have a fix IP that you can whitelist: 141.95.192.2

Sometimes, we were not able to communicate with your WordPress sites because we were blocked by hosting providers or security plugins. We have upgraded our infrastructure and now have a fix IP that you can whitelist: 141.95.192.2

You know how we like to talk with you and discuss your needs. During our last users-testing sessions, we realized that most of you didn't know that all the dashboard cells were clickable. 

Your journey toward a feature was Project name > Feature (ie: backup). 

We removed this useless click by making more obvious the fact that you can click directly on the feature name (ie: backup).

Every useless click matters, and we are committed to remove all them! 💪
