With our new bulk upload feature, you can now deploy a plugin on numerous websites directly from WP Umbrella, making your workflow more efficient.

The plugin can be uploaded from WordPress.org, a Zip file or an URL.

To ensure your visitors get the best experience, every plugin upload is followed by an automatic cache clearance, guaranteeing they always view the most recent version. 

Alongside the fantastic bulk upload capability, which allows for introducing updates or hotfixes effortlessly, we’ve enhanced our plugin management section. It now comes with an intuitive, user-friendly interface. Moreover, whenever you update, we've got you covered with insights on the required PHP and WordPress versions.

🎉 We've just rolled out a powerful new feature at WP Umbrella – Timezone Management! 

The complexities of time calculations are now a thing of the past. You can manage your own timezone directly from your profile.

No more late-night or early-morning scheduling to align with different time zones. Whether you're managing backups or sending reports, our system will adjust according to your set timezone, taking all the guesswork out of the equation. 

To activate this feature, simply head over to your WP Umbrella profile and update your timezone. 

PS: Important note for legacy users: To apply this new timezone to your existing templates, you'll need to navigate to the template > Scheduling and re-save your settings. Doing so will align your newly defined timezone with your pre-existing templates.

To get started, simply navigate to your client list in WP Umbrella and add your clients' information. 

Then, in your report builder, you'll see a new set of variables that you can use based on your client information. These variables will be automatically populated with the relevant information for each client, making it easy to create customized reports.

We're excited to announce a new feature: WP Umbrella is now compatible with .htaccess protected websites! 

This feature allows users to easily manage and update sites that are protected by a .htaccess file. This means that you will be able to make changes to these types of sites without having to manually update the .htaccess file each time and thus manage your pre-productions & staggings easily.

You can define the user and password of your .htaccess protected website at the bottom of the settings tab of every project.

We have some great news to share - we have updated the maintenance report feature to help you proving the value of your work to your clients.

More Customization In The Report

You can now fully customize headings, subheadings, time format, and date format.

More Customization In The Emails & Scheduling

In addition, you can now send the report to multiple recipient (max 3) and define a sending name. Speaking of the emails, we have added a WYSIWYG editor so your automatic messages to your clients can now look more attractive.

We have also decided to introduce the possibility to automatically send the report on a weekly basis.

We have Fully Revamped The Integration of Google Analytics Data

Although nobody ever complained about it, we weren't entirely satisfied of the way Google Analytics Data was displayed in the report. So we decided to do better. We added more data and changed the look of this section.

We also did our best to make sure that the data coming from Google Analytics is understandable for your clients.

Template System Next In Lane

We are now working on a proper system of template that will allow you to create templates that you can assign on all your websites in a few clicks. It will also be possible to configure all your missing integrations from a single place.

We are aware that the current process is time-consuming. Hopefully, this new system of template should be available in 4 weeks.
