We are excited to announce a brand new feature for WP Umbrella: the ability to exclude plugin and theme updates.

We understand that keeping your WordPress site stable and secure is a top priority. With WP Umbrella, we make sure that your site stays up to date with the latest versions of plugins and themes. But sometimes, updating certain plugins or themes can cause unexpected issues.

That’s why we’ve added the ability to exclude certain updates from WP Umbrella. Now, you can choose exactly which plugins and themes you want to update, and which ones you want to keep in their current versions. This way, you can make sure that your site remains stable and secure without having to worry about any unexpected issues.

Updates can be excluded from the update page of every project or from the bulk management tab.
